Position description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales qualified to join our Holloware division at Jindal Stainless Limited, a leader in the Mining Metals industry. The role involves driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding market presence for our stainless steel holloware products. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, strategic sales acumen, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet business objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs while aligning with the companys quality and sustainability standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the holloware product line within the Mining Metals sector.
- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with key clients,



distributors, and industry stakeholders to expand market share.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging trends in stainless steel holloware.
- Collaborate with product development and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customization of products according to client specifications.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and sales agreements ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities that enhance brand visibility and product demand.
