Role Description

This is a full-time remote HR Internship (paid) focused on supporting the HR function at Identicube. The intern will assist with daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, helping implement HR policies, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. They will contribute to coordinating employee benefits information,



responding to routine HR inquiries, and assisting with personnel management activities such as attendance tracking and performance documentation. The role also involves helping organize virtual engagement initiatives, preparing HR reports, and collaborating with other team members to ensure a positive and compliant work environment. The intern will gain practical experience with HR tools, processes, and documentation while working closely with HR leadership.

Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and interest in building a career in HR.
- Ability to support HR Management tasks, including maintaining records and assisting with recruitment and onboarding.
- Basic knowledge of HR Policies and their role in compliance and workplace standards.
- Awareness of Employee Benefits and willingness to assist in communicating and managing benefit-related information.
