Nature of work: Support

Your responsibilities in this role will be to:
- Coordinate with Leads to plan and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Actively co-ordinate with the team on a day-to-day basis for the smooth functioning of the work and support in meeting the service level agreements.
- Work on quality analysis, review on Standard Business Review Tool.
- Assist Senior Analysts in data analysis and in making necessary upgrades/enhancements to reports and dashboards.
- Need to effectively communicate their findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.



Clear and concise communication ensures that insights are understood and actionable.
- Taking initiative of the Issues or Queries - Respond Clients/ETs on their Queries and redirect them to the correct Team/Support.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data sets to inform business decisions using Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs, clarify requirements, and deliver actionable insights.
- Actively co-ordinate with the team on a day-to-day basis for the smooth functioning of the work and support in meeting the service level agreements.
- Intake, triage, and independently resolve stakeholder/client requests, issues, and queries; respond promptly and redirect to the appropriate team/support when needed.
- Independent in solving the requests.
- Support team operations by stepping in during other team members’ absence when required.
