and driving execution across multiple projects.A candidate who has founded or previously run their own marketing agency will be highly preferred, as we value entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, client understanding, team building ability, and the ability to create scalable marketing systems.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Marketing Leadership
- Own and lead the complete marketing function for the Agency Vertical.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across branding, digital marketing, content, social media, performance marketing, and campaigns.
- Drive marketing initiatives from strategy to execution.
- Build scalable processes, systems, and workflows for efficient marketing operations.
- Ensure campaigns meet quality, creativity, and business objectives.

Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, manage, mentor, and grow a team of marketing professionals across content, design, social media, performance marketing, and creative functions.
