We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex Treasury transformation initiatives and drive our Digital Asset Trading go-to-market strategy. This is a strategic leadership role that combines deep functional expertise in Treasury Capital Markets with the ability to shape, position, and deliver innovative digital asset solutions for our clients. Working across business, operations, risk, finance, legal, and technology teams, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, translating business objectives into practical, scalable solutions. You will play a pivotal role in defining target operating models, supporting major transformation programmes, and helping establish our market presence in the rapidly evolving digital asset ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Business Analysis Transformation Leadership
- Lead end-to-end functional analysis across complex Treasury, payments, liquidity, and transaction-driven processes.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define desired outcomes, success criteria,



and delivery priorities.
- Analyse current-state operating models and processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation, automation, and transformation.
- Define pragmatic and achievable target-state business processes, operating models, and solution designs.
- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, impact assessments, assumptions, dependencies, constraints, and traceability documentation.
- Serve as a senior functional lead throughout programme delivery, supporting teams in managing scope, risks, dependencies, and change.
- Provide structured thinking, constructive challenge, and explicit recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Digital Assets Innovation
- Lead analysis and solution design activities for Digital Asset, tokenisation, and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) initiatives.
