Role & responsibilities
- Arrange transporters based on product type, quantity, delivery location, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with transport vendors to ensure vehicle availability as per dispatch schedules.
- Share accurate vehicle details (vehicle number, PO number, and party/customer name) with the billing department for timely invoice generation.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Track vehicle movement and ensure on-time pickup and delivery of consignments.
- Maintain an efficient logistics chain by coordinating with production, warehouse, dispatch, and transport teams.
- Resolve transportation issues such as delays, vehicle shortages, or delivery discrepancies.
- Maintain dispatch records, transporter details,



vehicle logs, and freight documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and transporters regarding delivery schedules and shipment status.

Time - 9 AM to 7 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
