Kass Care is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our growing Finance & Accounts team. If you have hands-on experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation (BRS), Cash Flow Management, Vendor Payments, Tally Prime, Financial Reporting, and Inventory Accounting, we would like to connect with you.

Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
- Manage general ledger, journal entries, bookkeeping, and financial records.
- Handle cash book, petty cash, cash vouchers, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly cash flow statements, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve banking discrepancies.
- Process vendor payments through Cheque, NEFT, RTGS,



and other banking channels.
- Verify vendor invoices and maintain accounts payable records and payment schedules.
- Generate Purchase Orders (PO), sales invoices, tax invoices, and billing documents.
- Maintain inventory-related accounting records and coordinate stock reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, banks, auditors, and internal departments for finance-related activities.

Required Skills
- B.Com or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping.
- Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime/Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
