Job Description

As a Corporate Actions Analyst, you will be responsible for the accurate, timely,



and risk-controlled processing of corporate action events across a broad range of asset classes and product types, covering both mandatory and voluntary events. The role requires proactive coordination with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Fund Accounting, Operations teams, and external Custodians to ensure seamless event management, informed election decisions, and the accurate reflection of corporate action outcomes within client portfolios. You will play a key role in safeguarding operational integrity, minimizing risk, and delivering high-quality service throughout the corporate action lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop in-depth understanding of terms and conditions of voluntary corporate actions. Coordinate the communication of elections with Portfolio Management and portfolio custodian. Responsible for instructing custodian banks of PM's decision by stated deadlines. Communicate
