Role Purpose

The Digital Transformation & Innovation Lead is responsible for
conceptualising, driving, and institutionalising enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives
aligned with business and divisional strategy. The role focuses on
process digitisation, technology innovation, IT‑OT convergence, data‑driven decision making, and value realisation
, while ensuring governance, security, and regulatory compliance at group level.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Transformation Leadership
- Lead and execute
end‑to‑end digital transformation roadmap
across business functions and coordinate with plant-IT (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Quality, Engineering).
- Identify opportunities for
process re‑engineering through digital technologies
(ERP optimisation,



workflow automation, analytics, AI/ML, low‑code platforms).
- Ensure transformation initiatives are
business‑led, value‑driven, and outcomes‑oriented
.

2. Innovation & Emerging Technologies
- Establish and drive an
enterprise innovation framework
(use‑case discovery, PoCs, pilots, scale‑up in coordination with divisional heads.
- Evaluate and govern adoption of
emerging technologies
such as:
- AI / ML & Advanced Analytics
- RPA / Intelligent Automation
- IoT / Industry 4.0
- Digital Thread / Digital Twin
- Cloud & Platform Modernisation
- Partner with startups, system integrators, OEMs, and academia as required.

3. Business Engagement & Change Enablement
- Act as a
strategic IT partner
to business leaders and divisional heads.
- Translate business challenges into
transparent digital solution blueprints

- Drive
change management, adoption, and capability building
across users and stakeholders.
