We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and selling skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

Role & responsibilities :* Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.

* Meet healthcare professionals on a regular basis to generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.

* Develop and maintain solid relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and stockists.

* Conduct product presentations and communicate product benefits effectively.

* Plan and execute daily field visits as per the territory coverage plan.





* Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

* Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities where required.

* Ensure timely reporting of daily calls, sales, and market feedback.

* Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability.

Preferred candidate profile

* Experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing.

* Strong territory management and customer relationship skills.

* Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
