About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Profile to manage leadership, niche, and critical hiring mandates across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the NCR talent market, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy,



with the ability to deliver quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership, managerial, and niche positions.
- Partner with Business Heads and Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce plans.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.

Talent Sourcing & Networking
- Drive sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence exercises.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, compensation trends, and hiring recommendations.
- Ensure a superior candidate and hiring manager experience.

Agency & Vendor Management
