REDMINT is known for custom-branded interactive experiences that help startups and enterprise clients enhance their brand value. The studio handles both pre- and post-production for animated and live-action content, including 3D modeling, CG visualization, fluids and particle simulation, product visualizations, virtual walkthroughs, character design and animation, motion graphics, VFX, and CG environment design.

Role Description
The AI Artist will work on-site in Mumbai in a full time capacity, collaborating closely with designers, animators, and technical teams to create visual assets using AI-assisted tools and workflows. Day-to-day tasks include generating concept art, style frames, and variations; refining AI-generated images for production use; and integrating AI outputs into CG,



animation, and motion graphics pipelines. The role involves experimenting with prompts, models, and techniques to achieve desired visual quality and consistency with client brand guidelines. The AI Artist will also support pre-visualization, look development, and asset creation for interactive experiences, film, television, and digital campaigns, while maintaining clear documentation and communicating progress to project leads.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in digital art and design, including composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with AI-based image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, or similar) and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; familiarity with 3D tools like Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D is a plus).
