Job Purpose:

*Manages credit appraisal and decisioning for an
assigned area/territory. Supervises credit officers, balances risk with growth
and ensures policy adherence.*

Key Responsibilities:

Lead area underwriting (home loans/LAP and other
secured retail products as applicable) within DOA.

Review CAMs, financials, banking surrogates, and
collateral; conduct field visits for high ? risk cases.

Ensure TAT adherence and reduce reworks through
coaching and first ? time ? right checks.

Monitor early delinquency/quality of approved
portfolio; provide feedback to sales and policy teams.

Drive PDD/deferral closure within SLA; ensure
maker?checker controls and sample QC audits.

Coordinate with legal/technical/ops for smooth
sanction ? to ? disbursement and risk
mitigation.

Maintain audit readiness and close observations on




time; train team on policy changes.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate / Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or
related field.
