Role Summary
We are looking for a reliable, courteous and safety-conscious Office Driver to transport clients,
employees and management between the office, project sites and other business locations. The
role is responsible for ensuring a secure, comfortable and timely travel experience while
maintaining the company vehicle and supporting day-to-day administrative requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Safely transport clients from the office to project sites and ensure their comfortable return
journey.

Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene and overall condition of the company vehicle.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure timely servicing, repairs and maintenance.




Keep all vehicle-related documents, insurance and permits updated and readily available.
Follow assigned schedules while ensuring punctuality and adherence to all traffic rules and
safety regulations.

Assist with office-related errands, document deliveries and other administrative support as
required.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Valid LMV Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
35 years' driving experience, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment.
Well-groomed, courteous and customer-focused with a professional attitude.
Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays and extended hours whenever business
requires.
