Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 4–6 years of professional experience to lead the design and visual branding initiatives for our company. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional design skills, strong creative thinking, and the ability to deliver high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. This role requires experience in managing multiple projects, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative designs for digital and print media.
- Develop visually compelling marketing campaigns for websites, social media, email marketing, digital advertisements, presentations, and offline branding.
- Design high-impact creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube campaigns, and display advertising.
- Create brand identity assets including logos, brand guidelines, brochures, company profiles, corporate presentations, and promotional materials.
- Design website graphics,



landing page banners, icons, and product illustrations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to create effective visual communication.
- Review, refine, and maintain design quality across all creative assets.
- Mentor and guide junior graphic designers by providing creative direction and constructive feedback.
- Ensure all designs align with brand standards, business goals, and marketing strategies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
- 4–6 years of qualified experience in Graphic Design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop,Coraldraw Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
