Role Description
The Group Chief Executive Officer will lead Nephrocare India’s overall strategy, operations, and growth, ensuring clinical excellence, patient-centric care,



and sustainable business performance. This full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata involves overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, setting organizational goals, and aligning medical, administrative, and support functions to deliver high-quality renal care services. The CEO will drive expansion plans, partnerships, and innovation, including optimization of clinical pathways, diagnostic and pharmacy services, and ancillary offerings such as daycare surgeries and renal-friendly nutrition programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include financial and operational oversight, regulatory and compliance governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership development across the organization. The CEO will represent Nephrocare India in external forums, uphold ethical standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
