Role Purpose

Supports MEP execution and BIM/shop-drawing coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the MEP Engineer / Manager in day-to-day coordination of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing works.
- Support BIM/shop-drawing review and clash coordination with the drawings team.
- Track material and tooling requirements for MEP workfronts.
- Assist with measurement, billing support, and documentation.
- Learn statutory/compliance basics (PF/ESI, BOCW) relevant to MEP labour.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in MEP execution or coordination.
- Healthcare or hospital project exposure a plus.

Key Skills

BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, drawing coordination, ability to come up with solutions for on site problems.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
