Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Oracle Utilities Techno-Functional Consultant role based in Hyderabad. The consultant will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze utility business processes, gather requirements,



and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Oracle Utilities applications (such as C2M, CC&B;, or related products). Daily responsibilities include configuring and customizing Oracle Utilities modules, developing extensions and integrations, performing unit and system testing, and supporting deployments. The role involves troubleshooting application issues, optimizing performance, preparing documentation, and providing user training and post-implementation support. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client objectives, industry standards, and best practices.

Qualifications
- Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Utilities applications (e.g., C2M, CC&B;, MDM), including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Solid understanding of utilities domain processes (customer service, billing, metering, credit & collections) and ability to translate bus
