Key Responsibilities

Business Operations
- Support day-to-day business operations across different departments.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing tasks.
- Maintain reports, documentation, and operational records.
- Track task progress and follow up on pending activities.




- Assist in improving internal processes and workflows.

Academic Operations
- Coordinate online classes and schedules.
- Ensure classes are conducted smoothly and on time.
- Monitor attendance and maintain academic records.
- Coordinate with instructors regarding schedules and updates.
- Support the overall student learning experience.

Social Media Coordination
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Maintain the content calendar.
- Monitor engagement and support promotional activities.

Student Support
- Communicate with students regarding classes and important updates.
- Respond to basic student queries.
- Assist with student onboarding and follow-ups.
- Maintain student records and attendance.
