This is a project based opportunity for Freelancers/Independent Consultants.

Our Client, a Leading Indian skilled services firm is looking to engage with a Financial Valuation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial reporting valuations in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Conduct valuation analyses for business interests, intangible assets, and other assets/liabilities.
- Support Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), impairment testing, and fair value measurement engagements.
- Develop and review financial models using valuation methodologies such as DCF and market multiples.
- Gather and analyze financial, industry, and market data to support valuation conclusions.
- Prepare valuation reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to collect information and manage project timelines.
- Ensure assignments are delivered independently,



accurately, and within agreed deadlines.
- Apply accounting and valuation guidance to support audit and financial reporting requirements.
- Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills Required
- CA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent qualification.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting valuations and valuation advisory.
- Strong experience in valuations performed for accounting and financial reporting purposes.
- Sound understanding of valuation methodologies, including discounted cash flow (DCF), market multiples, and other accepted valuation approaches.
- Experience working with Big 4 valuation practices or specialized valuation advisory firms is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently.
