? Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Develop performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, conversions, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to identify current growth opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, creatives, and ad placements for maximum ROI.




- Set up and manage
Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking
, and other analytics tools.
- Create, test, and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and ad copy through continuous A/B testing.
- Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to deliver high-performing marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, privacy regulations, and industry best practices.

✅ Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years
of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
- Strong expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with
Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag
