Position Summary:

The TA Executive at Realatte Ventures will play a critical role in building the company’s talent pool by managing the full recruitment life cycle. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, managing candidate relationships, and working closely with hiring managers to meet the company’s staffing needs. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding the best fit for every role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the company, from entry-level to senior positions.

* Use diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment agencies to identify potential candidates.

* Conduct initial screening calls, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

* Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business goals.





* Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining timely communication and providing feedback.

* Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and finalize terms of employment with selected candidates.

* Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.

* Assist in developing strategies for promoting the company's employer brand and enhancing the candidate pipeline.

* Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure successful onboarding of current hires.

* Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to attract top talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

* 1-2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recr
