Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)Position Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business opportunities for VANTO's Furniture, Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, Home Interiors, and Office Solutions. The role focuses on developing strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, corporates, and channel partners while ensuring achievement of sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into sales.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, PMC consultants, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, BOQs,



and commercial offers in coordination with the Design and Estimation teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business while ensuring profitability.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Operations, CRM, Warehouse, and Installation teams for seamless project execution.
- Develop and manage channel partners, referral networks, and strategic alliances.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify recent business opportunities.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline, CRM records, and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure timely collections, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
