Support Artwork Operations activities by coordinating artwork change requests, managing end-to-end artwork supply chain activities, and ensuring the timely delivery of compliant, high-quality print-ready artworks. Job Description
Major Accountabilities
- # Coordinate artwork change requests from initiation through closure. Manage artwork workflows to ensure timely delivery of print-ready artworks.
- # Ensure compliance with company standards, GMP requirements, regulatory requirements, and local market specifications.



Support artwork lifecycle activities within defined service levels and operational KPIs.
- # Ensure documentation complies with GMP and internal quality procedures.
- # Timely escalate deviations, risks, and operational issues.
- # Support investigations, CAPA development, and implementation activities.
- # Complete all required training before performing GxP activities.
- # Collaborate with internal stakeholders, manufacturing sites, regulatory teams, and external suppliers.
- # Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress.
- # Capture stakeholder feedback and identify service improvement opportunities.
- # Support process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience.
- # Assist in updating SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and operational documentation.
