Role Description
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, building strategic relationships with partners, and expanding MANTARA’s market presence. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, conducting market and competitor research, preparing and delivering sales pitches, and managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams on pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies, while providing feedback from customers to support product and design improvements. The Specialist will maintain regular contact with clients, ensure high-quality customer service, and represent the brand at meetings, industry events, and presentations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
