Role & responsibilities
- Handling RERA.
- Review and concluding the title diligences and the acquisitions documents.
- Managing litigations before different courts, tribunals and forums in coordination with law firms and external counsels.
- Concluding the title reports and other documents for financing transactions.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should be qualified LAW Graduate with minimum 09yrs+ work experience in handling HMDA, RERA. Relevant candidates currently based in Moinabad, HYDERABAD, Writing Telugu only should apply directly to Ms. Sangeeta Singh on
