Saddl runs marketplace accounts for brands selling across Amazon, Walmart, Noon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms — advertising, inventory, pricing, brand health, P&L;, catalog, all of it. We work inside the seller account as an embedded operator, not a bolt-on agency and not a dashboard nobody logs into. We’re a tools-led services company, early adopters of the “service-as-a-software” model. Every engagement comes down to the same discipline: diagnose what’s actually wrong, put a number on it, and tell the client what to do next.

Role Overview

We are hiring our first marketing associate to own everything that turns our analytical work into pipeline: content, marketing materials, and the first mile of outreach. You will work directly with the founder, translating client results and case studies into assets that generate and nurture leads, and running the initial follow-up that keeps prospects warm until they’re ready for a real conversation.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and produce short-form and long-form content: case studies, blog articles, social posts,



and website copy that translate client results into a explicit narrative

• Design marketing materials: decks, one-pagers, social creative, and case study visuals — production-quality, not placeholder

• Build and run lead nurture sequences across email and other channels, from first touch through to a qualified conversation

• Execute initial outreach follow-up using founder-provided scripts and talking points; escalate qualified conversations rather than close them independently

• Maintain a content and outreach calendar, and report on what content is actually converting

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a role combining content, design, and marketing execution — in-house, agency, or freelance

• A portfolio showing you can design finished, publish-ready materials — not just draft copy that someone else formats
