Backed by a leading global private equity fund, the organization is scaling rapidly and is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive its next phase of growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Own the complete Operations P&L;, driving revenue growth, profitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Lead the end-to-end supply chain including procurement, warehousing, first-mile, mid-mile, fulfilment, inventory management, fleet operations, and distribution.
- Oversee the Retail Sales function, ensuring solid execution, customer acquisition, sales productivity, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Drive commercial and operational performance by improving service levels, product availability, fill rates, customer satisfaction, and operational reliability.
- Build scalable operating processes, governance frameworks,



and performance management systems to support rapid business growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve network productivity, asset utilization, inventory accuracy, and overall cost leadership.
- Partner with the leadership team to drive expansion into new markets while ensuring operational readiness and execution excellence.
- Leverage technology, analytics, and automation to enhance operational visibility, decision-making, and business performance.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing operations and field sales teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key business and operational KPIs to deliver sustainable growth, profitability, and superior customer experience.

Key Requirements
- 15-20+ years of leadership experience in FMCG & Quick Commerce industries across Operations, Supply Chain, Distribution, Hyperlocal Commerce, Logistics, Last Mile & Transportation.
