Role Description
The Hotel Management role at Grand Maharaja Hotel is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping coordination, and food and beverage services, to ensure smooth functioning and consistent guest satisfaction. The individual will manage staff schedules, monitor service standards, and coordinate with different departments to address guest needs promptly. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supporting sales initiatives, handling guest feedback,



and maintaining compliance with safety and hygiene standards. The role also requires guiding reception activities, supervising check-in and check-out procedures, and supporting promotional activities to increase occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
- Ability to manage Budgeting and basic financial oversight for hotel operations
- Experience in Sales activities related to room bookings, events, and promotions
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including coordination with kitchen and service staff
