Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Alteryx workflows for data preparation and automation.
- Develop and support IBM TM1/Planning Analytics solutions.
- Build data integration and transformation processes from multiple source systems.
- Create and maintain cubes, dimensions, rules, and processes in TM1.
- Automate recurring business and finance reporting processes.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Optimize Alteryx workflows and TM1 performance.
- Work closely with Finance, FP&A;, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
- Participate in requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Maintain documentation and follow best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Alteryx and TM1.
- Experience in Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting projects.
- Strong SQL and analytical skills.
- Positive stakeholder management and communication skills.

Education
- BE/BTech/MCA/MSc or equivalent
