About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – MSP/VMS Business Development & Client Acquisition to lead our strategic growth initiatives within the US Staffing industry. This role is responsible for driving new business by acquiring MSP, VMS, and Direct Clients, building long-term partnerships, and expanding our presence across enterprise staffing programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise staffing sales, MSP/VMS partnerships, strategic client acquisition, and successful onboarding of new accounts. This is a high-impact role that offers the chance to contribute directly to the organization’s growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end business development activities, including market research, lead generation, prospecting, client presentations, proposal development,



contract negotiations, and successful client onboarding.

Identify and acquire new MSP, VMS, and Direct Clients while building a strong pipeline of business opportunities across the US market.

Develop and maintain relationships with Procurement Managers, MSP Program Managers, Vendor Managers, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Strategic Sourcing Teams, and other key decision-makers.

Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Understand client workforce requirements and present customized staffing solutions that align with their hiring needs.

Lead commercial discussions, including pricing, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor registration, and compliance documentation.
