About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and passionate Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement. The candidate should stay updated with the latest social media trends and be capable of planning and executing campaigns that align with the company's marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
- Create monthly content calendars and schedule posts using social media management tools.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, and social media copy aligned with the brand voice.




- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create high-quality visual content.
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns for events, product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media features.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Generate creative ideas for reels, short-form videos, and viral content.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required.
- Optimize content based on performance metrics and audience insights.
