About the Role

We are looking for
2 motivated Intermediate Odoo Developers and 1 Senior Technical lead
to support the development and customization of the ERP platform. The successful candidate will work closely with our Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, and internal stakeholders to build practical business features, customize Odoo modules, and support system integrations.

This role is ideal for a developer with hands-on Odoo experience, solid Python skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in ERP/business application development. The candidate should also be comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar tools to improve development productivity while maintaining code quality and security standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules for HR, CRM, workflow, reporting, and internal business processes.




- Work with the Technical Lead and Business Analyst to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize Odoo views, forms, reports, workflows, access rules, and business logic.
- Build and maintain integrations between Odoo and other internal or third-party systems.
- Support data migration, data validation, and system configuration activities.
- Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and user-reported system problems.
- Use AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot or similar platforms, to support coding, debugging, unit testing, documentation, and productivity improvement.
- Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure accuracy, security, maintainability, and alignment with internal development standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and support processes.
- Collaborate with remote and cross-functional team members
