Role Description
The Procurement Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for interior projects. This role includes preparing and processing purchase orders, sourcing materials, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products within budget.



The Procurement Specialist evaluates suppliers, negotiates contracts and pricing, and maintains robust vendor relationships to support project timelines and standards. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring inventory and material requirements, analyzing procurement data, and collaborating with project managers, designers, and site teams to align purchasing decisions with project specifications. The role also involves maintaining accurate procurement records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
