Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

? Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Global Compliance, aligning with the

company objectives and market demands.

? Define a clear vision for the compliance products, considering global regulatory landscapes and

industry standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

? Collaborate closely with engineering, design, legal, and regulatory experts to ensure successful

product development and launch.

? Foster open communication and alignment among various teams to drive product excellence.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

? Utilize data analytics and insights to inform product decisions, track key performance indicators, and

drive continuous improvements.

? Monitor product metrics to assess the success of product initiatives and inform optimization efforts.

Customer-Centric Approach:

? Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges,



and feedback related to compliance

solutions.

? Incorporate user insights into the product design and development process to ensure customer

satisfaction.

Product Development and Enhancement:

? Lead the development of new compliance features, enhancements, and integrations to meet

evolving regulatory demands.

? Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product quality, security, and scalability.

Stakeholder Communication:

? Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership, sales teams,

customers, and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

? Experience ranging from 4 to 10 years with minimum 3+ years of product management

? Must have experience building cloud SaaS and/or data visualization products.

? Must have experience building software products for Indian and International customers.

? Positive to have (not required) Finance/Complia
