Role Description
The Director at Morph Electric is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for defining strategic priorities, overseeing operational performance, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The Director will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, establish transparent goals, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business growth.



Day-to-day activities include reviewing project and financial reports, setting policies and processes, resolving escalated issues, and making data-informed decisions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role also involves representing the company in key meetings, managing risk and compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience in operations, projects, or business management, preferably within electrical, energy, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, set objectives, and monitor performance using data and metrics.
