About the Role

As Senior Manager ? AI Intelligent Automation, you will
shape and lead the adoption of AI-driven solutions across Visteon?s end-to-end
software lifecycle?spanning requirements, design, development, testing,
validation, and delivery. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role
where you will build AI agents, develop in-house platforms, and evaluate
best-in-class market solutions to accelerate software quality, speed, and
reliability.

What You?ll Do
- Define and own the AI strategy for
end-to-end software lifecycle automation.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases
across requirements, development, testing, DevOps, and delivery.
- Design and develop AI agents for
requirements analysis, test generation, defect prediction, code analysis, and
compliance automation.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate
third-party AI engineering tools where appropriate.
- Collaborate with engineering,
DevOps, QA, and product teams to embed AI into existing toolchains.
- Establish AI governance, model
lifecycle management, and compliance with automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO
26262,



ISO 21434).
- Build and mentor a high-performing
team of AI engineers and architects.

What You?ll Bring
- Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in
computer science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in
software engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with
AI/ML systems, LLM-based solutions, and intelligent automation.
- Experience applying AI to software
development, testing, DevOps, or quality engineering.
- Knowledge of automotive or other
safety-critical software domains is strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and
strategic thinking skills.
