Role Summary

The New Units -Senior Project Coordinator will oversee the end-to-end execution and strategic monitoring of complex multi-disciplinary projects (Recent Units -GT, ST, Plant, Electrical, UX Cyber, and Panels). This role serves as a vital link between tactical operations and global leadership, ensuring milestone accuracy, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Program Monitoring & Governance: Maintain real-time oversight of HDNU CND/MND project status,



ensuring all functional areas (GT/ST/Plant/Electrical/UX/Panels) remain aligned with quality and timeline standards.
- Strategic Scheduling: Partner with PO/RT teams to manage critical milestone planning, ensuring cross-functional project schedules are integrated and achievable.
- Performance Optimization (NPI & Kaizen): Lead NPI Kaizen initiatives by designing and maintaining comprehensive Gantt charts, driving project velocity, and streamlining workflows.
- Operational Execution: Manage day-to-day ST/Plant operations, including sprint planning, start-date tracking, and Root Cause Countermeasure (RCC) follow-ups to resolve bottlenecks.
- Executive Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain high-impact dashboards for the Panels team. Prepare and present Monthly Activity Reports (MAR) to senior leadership.
