Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Subject Teacher Trainer to train teachers across Bachpan Play School centres throughout India. The ideal candidate should have excellent training and presentation skills, a strong understanding of classroom practices, and the ability to guide teachers on academic methodologies, digital tools, and social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct teacher training sessions at Bachpan Play School centres across India.
- Travel extensively (10–20 days per month) to deliver on-site training programs.
- Train teachers on subject-specific teaching methodologies and classroom management.
- Educate teachers on the effective use of digital tools, school applications, and other platforms used by Bachpan.
- Guide centres on social media best practices and brand promotion initiatives.
- Ensure all franchise centres are updated with Bachpan's latest academic policies,



teaching practices, campaigns, and operational updates.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessment reports.
- Gather feedback from centres and recommend improvements to training programs.
- Coordinate with the Academic and Operations teams for smooth implementation of training schedules.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in teacher training, academic coordination, or school operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Good knowledge of digital learning tools and social media platforms.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India (10–20 days per month).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Experience in the preschool or K-12 education sector will be an added advantage.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00
