Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer enquiries promptly.
- Generate current business through networking, referrals, and self-generated leads.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and sales presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare preliminary project estimates.




- Coordinate with the design team to finalize project requirements.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed customers while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Prepare work orders and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Ensure timely collection of advance and milestone payments.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and provide excellent post-sales support.
- Gather customer feedback and generate referrals to expand business opportunities.

Education & Experience:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred)
- BBA graduates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
- Fluent in English and Tamil
- Candidate should have B2C or Interior sales experience.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
- Prior experience in the Interior Design, Home Décor, Real Estate, Construction, Furniture, will be an added advantage.
