Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to join our accounting team in a jewelry manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support compliance with accounting regulations specific to the jewelry and precious metals industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions) in ERP/accounting software e.g., Tally
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Maintain and update inventory records, especially gold, diamonds, and other precious stones.
- Support in preparing GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Maintain documentation and records as per audit and compliance requirements.




- Assist in audits – internal and statutory.
- Manage petty cash transactions and records.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and Indian taxation (GST, TDS).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
