Strategic Sales Executive to drive high-value real estate sales and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in residential and commercial real estate sales and should have worked with a reputed builder/developer firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales by identifying and converting potential clients.
- Handle end-to-end sales, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory).




- Experience working with a Builder/Developer firm is Mandatory.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage).

Preferred Builder Experience

Candidates having experience with reputed builder/developer firms such as M3M, Godrej Properties, DLF, Max Estates, ATS, Signature Global, CRC, Gaur, ACE, County Group, or similar organizations will be preferred.
