1. Ensure On time delivery of Zero defect Components as per Load chart given by planner
2. Ensure the fulfillment of documentation for ISO, EOHS, KHO activities

Responsibilities Accountabilities

1. Ensure the loading of cubical parts as per load chart
2. Ensure the effective utilization of (Man machine)
3. Ensure the alternate for B/D Absentism
4. Ensure the machine availability in co ordination with TPM
5. Ensure the Quality proofing for critical machines
6. Proofing of current components
7. Ensure the Tools readiness for next load
8. Conducting PNCAT meeting action for Nonconformity? parts
9. Developement activities (ACME, CTR, STR, Resource modification)
10. To maintain house discipline Work culture
11.



Imparting training to new trainees in work
12. To enhance multi-skill in operator by on the job training
13. Conducting DSM
14. Support for QCC, CIT, SIT TFT
15. Solvage of daily issues in Gemba
16. Ensure the availability of consumables PPEs for monthly production.
17. Implementation of KHO in cubical
18. Updation of ISO-QMS and OSHAS KHO Documents
