Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring efficient delivery of projects and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Work closely with development, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment

Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and feasibility studies

Identify process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions

Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management

Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and solution planning





Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with requirement gathering, BRD, FRD documentation

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL (preferred)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

Preferred Skills:

Experience in software/IT services industry

Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems

Exposure to data analysis and visualization tools
