Job Purpose

Drive sales performance and distribution effectiveness for the assigned division by strengthening sales execution, expanding the distribution network, improving channel productivity, ensuring commercial governance, and providing business insights to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Distribution Excellence

• Drive distribution expansion and improve channel reach through effective distributor and dealer network management.

• Strengthen distributor governance by monitoring collections, DSO, market credit, stock holding, distributor investments, and overall channel health.

• Ensure compliance with commercial policies, distribution processes, and governance standards while driving continuous improvement across the network.

2. Sales Excellence

• Monitor primary sales performance and support achievement of business targets.

• Drive sales operations,



automation initiatives and process standardization.

• Improve sales force effectiveness through analytics, performance reviews, and execution support.

3. Business Performance & Analytics

• Prepare and review business dashboards, MIS, and performance reports covering sales, distribution, and commercial metrics.

• Analyze business trends and recommend corrective actions to improve sales and distribution performance.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Regional teams to drive business objectives.

• Build solid relationships with distributors and channel partners to improve operational effectiveness and business growth.
