Designation: Sales Team Lead/Manager

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Initial Training Period - Kochi (34 Months); Work Location - Chennai

Job role and responsibility:

1.Process Development
- Build and document scalable sales processes.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality.
- Recommend improvements based on market feedback.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, admissions, and operations.

2.Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Forecast admissions and revenue.
- Present performance insights to leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- 2+ years managing a sales team.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, SaaS, or High-Ticket Sales is preferred.
- Experience hiring and scaling sales teams.
- Robust analytical and leadership skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and sales dashboards.
- Candidate must have own Laptop.
