9 - 14 LPA (depending on experience)

Experience:
4 to 6 (relevant channel / equity broking exposure mandatory)

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Franchisee Territory Manager responsible for driving revenue growth through broker and sub-broker networks in the retail equity and financial services ecosystem. The role involves building strong channel partnerships, managing sales execution, and ensuring consistent revenue delivery through a performance-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Development:




- Build and expand a strong network of brokers, sub-brokers, and distribution partners in the retail equity space
- Drive onboarding, activation, and engagement of channel partners
- Strengthen existing partner relationships to improve productivity and revenue contribution

Revenue & Target Management:
- Set and own revenue targets for self and team
- Track performance, productivity, and business outcomes across channels
- Drive consistent revenue generation through active partner engagement

Sales Execution & Team Management:
- Manage and monitor performance of field sales and telesales teams
- Ensure execution discipline and target achievement across teams
- Align team performance with overall business objectives

Channel Expansion:
- Identify new channels, partnerships, and distribution opportunities
- Expand broker network across key geographies
- Build scalable retail distribution ecosystem
