Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Jaipur. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Responsibilities include managing daily posting schedules, monitoring comments and messages, and responding promptly to community interactions.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to translate product updates, customer stories, and campaigns into compelling social content, as well as coordinating basic design and multimedia requirements. The Social Media Manager will track performance metrics, optimize campaigns based on insights, and support paid social initiatives and brand partnerships.

Qualifications
- Robust social media management skills, including content planning, platform management (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X), and community engagement.
- Content creation skills, such as copywriting for posts, captions, and ad creatives, along with basic graphic or video editing using common tools.
- Analytical abilities, including experience with social media analytics tools, tracking KPIs, and using data to refine content and campaigns.
- Digital marketing knowledge, including familiarity with paid social campaigns, audience targeting, and basic SEO principles
