- Position: Chat Support Executive (Non-Voice)

- Salary: ₹18,700 per month (In-Hand) + Attractive Incentives

Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain quality standards and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria




- Graduate or Undergraduate Freshers can apply.
- Good written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Important Eligibility
- B.Tech/MCA Freshers are not eligible.
- Candidates pursuing regular college must provide a valid NOC.
- No examinations should be scheduled within the next 4–6 months.
