Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Technical US IT Recruiter
with hands-on experiencein the US Staffing industry.The ideal candidateshould have expertise in sourcing,

screening, and recruiting IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across various technologies. The recruiter should be well-versed in working with VMS/MSP clients, direct clients, and implementation partners while ensuring timely submissions and quality hires.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualifiedIT professionals using job portals(Dice, Monster,

CareerBuilder, Indeed),LinkedIn Recruiter, Booleansearches, referrals and other sourcing channels.




- Analyze client requirements and identify suitablecandidates based on technical skills, experience and job requirements.
- Conduct initial screeninginterviews to evaluatetechnical expertise, communication skills, work authorization and candidate suitability.
- Build and maintaina strong pipelineof qualified candidates across various technologies.
- Submit qualitycandidate profiles withinclient-defined turnaround times.
- Coordinate interviews betweencandidates and clients,ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation rates while maintaining company margins.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRMsystems such as JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn or similar platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including offer, onboarding, and post-placement.
- Ensure compliance with client submission guidelines and documentation requirements.
